Who are we?

Our company, Liaocheng Tianji Aero Technology Co, Ltd (TJIRC) was established in 2018, in Shandong, China by myself and my partner who was one of the top people at a large and very famous model factory in Zhuhai.  Business aside, we are all boys at heart and this is the real reason behind starting TJIRC – we love models and especially model sailplanes. It’s a good synergy as I am very experienced at manufacturing and process control while my partner is a talented designer.

What do we do?

Basically, our company is an all-composite aviation products manufacturer. Using advanced CNC data control equipment for mold making and carbon fiber and glass fiber composite material manufacturing and processing technology to make the products, we provide OEM services for glass fiber molds, design and construction services for drones, composite gliders and other aviation-related inventions. We accept OEM orders from all over the world, and provide easy and flexible cooperating methods.

How do we do it?

Using the client’s design drawings, we will first discuss a project to establish the scope of work and who bears responsibly and also establish timelines. With seamless communication, TJIRC offers a complete turnkey service from client’s sketches, through to finished products.

The company has an enthusiastic crew of first-class engineers, and uses our own advanced large-scale data control equipment, to design and produce various small aircraft, drones and molds according to customer requirements.

Composite products are carefully constructed by hand lay-up process, and most of our production workers have more than 10 years of experience in these processes. The company has the highest precision CNC machine tools available in China, and provides services for well-known clients who use our self-developed technology for glass fiber reinforced plastic molds. JIRC has the advantages of low price, smooth surfaces, ultra-high precision and long mold service life. To complement our design and manufacturing expertise, we have established a very powerful, scientific SOP processes and a comprehensive factory-wide quality control system. TJIRC is now well known for its integrity and consistently high quality.

The drone phenomenon:

Drones have become an important part of the company’s product portfolio, and our company has established a dedicated team to cooperate with our increasingly demanding client list. The drone cooperation team is staffed by designers and RC pilots, and our drones have been on the market for 5 years, often winning bids for fault finding and inspection flying duties. We now have a deep understanding of the drone field and always try our best to help every customer.
